Jason didn't exactly plan a career in real estate. He was working in the water and sewer industry when he got laid off — no degree, no obvious next move. So he decided to create his own. He got into real estate in 2003, won Rookie of the Year his first year, and never looked back.

Since then, he's earned his Associate Broker's license in 2007, trained and managed a 80-person-plus sales team, taught all sorts of classes, served on Realtor Association Boards of Directors, in leadership roles and stayed consistently at the leading edge of a constantly changing industry. He's not just showing homes — he's in the rooms where the rules get made, making sure his clients are protected.  

From starting at a large multi national brokerage, to a mid atlantic based franchise, then working since 2018 to build a small town team, and moving to Hometown Property Sales in 2023 to reinvent the brand with Jeff and be the experienced, small, local and independent brokerage that stays small on purpose but uses technology to still be able to connect our clients to the entire globe, Jason has led through and seen a lot of changes in his time in real estate.

What hasn't changed: he answers the phone, he tells you the truth, and the most important thing is that we do what’s right for you. Locally focused, community oriented, keeping true to the welcoming roots that made Lancaster county famous. This place is home, and he loves living here, and wants you to love living here too!
